Orange Park Acres Real Estate and Relocation
Information
Orange Park Acres is
an exclusive area in the middle of the city of Orange.
As the name tells you, many homes have 1 acre lots or
more, and many have facilities for horses.
When it was comprised of brush, rocks, wild animals and
snakes, Indians and Spanish adventurers roamed and hunted
in the area now known as Orange Park Acres. The land traded
hands several times, then began to be developed and the
Orange Park Acres Property Owners Association was formed.
Nestled amid lush rolling hills, Orange Park acres is
an exclusive area in the northeast part of the city of
Orange. Though not a separate, incorporated city, this
area is dramatically different from its more urban neighbors.
Offering its residents a unique lifestyle with an equestrian
theme, homes have lot size restrictions of one-acre minimum,
with facilities for horses, offering pastoral pleasure
with the ultimate in city convenience. Amenities include
tennis, swimming, golf, parks, and riding trails. There
are also very active 4-H clubs, the Garden Club and horse
clubs.
All homes are custom built and many different architectural
styles share the same streets. Most homes have fruit trees
which keep the tables supplied with fresh fruit year round.
Located in the central county within minutes of several
freeways, this community reflects the pastoral heritage
of time recently past.
Orange Park Acres has its own country club, Ridgeline, which
has a nine hole golf course, tennis courts, and swimming
pool. Nearby is the Santiago Health Club with extensive
tennis and swimming facilities. There are two 4-H Clubs,
as well as horse riding, breeding, and showing groups.
