is a newer developing community compared to that of Irvine
or Lake Forrest. It has a few Golf Clubs that cater to
the leisure activities of the residents within that area.
Also, the home prices in that area are reasonable in terms
of comparing them to Tustin Ranch or Irvine. The reason
for this is that it is more inland. The lake in Santa
Margarita is a very nice amenity for residents and for
visitors. The lake association rent out paddleboats to
lounge around in. Also, the lake is adjacent to the O'Neill
Regional Park. There are many shops in that area and it
is growing. For those that enjoy the outdoor activities
there are numerous trails for bikers and hikers.
