Mary Fewel is the 2008 Realtor of the Year for the Newport Beach Association of Realtors. She sits on the board of the Costa Mesa Community Foundation, and currently serves as Vice President. Mary specializes in West Costa Mesa properties, especially the neighborhoods surrounding Canyon Park and Fairview Park. She enjoys working with first-time buyers, helping them buy regular sales, short sales, and foreclosures (REOs). Primarily, she focuses on regular sales, but has also worked with distressed sellers, and heirs whose parent(s) had a reverse mortgage.
